Reminder: our program is at 5pm on Wednesday, March 27. Please be sure your Firstie is practicing their lines. We find that most students need to be encouraged to speak more slowly than normal in order to be understood by the audience.

Habitats of the rainforest, arctic, grassland, and desert
Making predictions in fictional text
Sample math problems: 35 + 48, 16 + 55, 34 + 59. Ask your first to use numbers, drawings, and words to explain their thinking. Then ask if they can solve each problem a different way.
Learning about plant and animal superpowers in Mystery Science
Soon we will begin our big animal project. More information will be coming very soon, but there will be a component to complete at home.
